Our Story

Encore Event Center is a full service complex featuring twelve different indoor and outdoor event spaces. Each hall is uniquely decorated to capture a particular theme.

Amenities include onsite catering, professional DJ's, premium custom furniture, linens and centerpieces, dance lighting and sound systems, photo booths, dedicated ceremony areas and more. For additional entertainment, decor, gaming tables and various specialty items we have a collection of preferred vendors.

The Encore facility features over 30,000 square feet of event space with an additional parking lot which can expand the usable space to over 50,000 square feet. The location is formerly the historic XETV 6 studios which, in 1953, was the second broadcast television station in San Diego.

The Encore group has hosted over 1,900 private events our 7 years, ranging from weddings, birthdays, corporate meetings and seminars, holiday parties, baby showers, engagement parties, Quinceaneras, school functions, fashion shows, ceremonies, reunions and much more.

Anthony

Anthony's experience comes from being raised in one Carmel's oldest full service restaurants that was started in 1963.He has spent a lifetime in hospitality operations from costing, scheduling and execution. Events from 10-1000 he has organized with customers making sure their events are lasting memories.

Josie

Josie's design experience began while working at her families design store being surrounded by handmade rugs with vibrant colors and brilliant designs. She also spent time working for The Pebble Beach Company providing 5 star service in their Event & Catering department. She has designed parties & floral arrangements for multi million dollar private estates in the Monterey Peninsula.

Claire

As a bestselling author and the host of the nationally syndicated Food Fight Radio talk show, she loves to teach and inspire people about health, nutrition and flavor. Co-founding the first dinner delivery franchise, Chef Claire's recipes have been enjoyed by over 250,000 times at events and at people's homes. She works with you to customize your culinary experience.
