FAQ

Q. What hours can I have my event?
 
A. Two sets of standard  hall rental event times are offered - 10AM - 3PM and 6PM to 12AM.  You may have one hour of setup and teardown before and after your event.  Extended hours for party time are available until 2AM and for setup are available for an additional charge.

Q. How do I find out pricing for my event?

​A.  Please complete the contact form as completely as possible so we can send you price estimates for food and beverage, entertainment, decor and amenities.  Certain seasons and all weekend bookings will have a minimum requirement as well as food and beverage minimums per hall.  You will be notified if your order doesn't meet the minimum depending upon the hall you have chosen. 

Q.  What amenities does the venue include?

A.  Encore Event Center is a full service venue, which means we provide a complete array of food and beverage options, professional DJ's, photo booths, premium furniture, linens, centerpieces, formal dishware and more.  ​

Q.  How do I set up a tour of the venue?

A.  Please see the contact page to use the online calendar to schedule your tour.  We offer tours by appointment 7 days per week included after hours on certain weekdays.  

Q.  What are the facility restrictions?

A.  We don't allow confetti, glitter, chocolate fountains, open flames, silly string, and unlicensed/uninsured outside vendors. Any decorations and signage may not be adhered to walls or ceilings with tape, nails or tacks.  Please see complete terms & conditions in the page footer.

Q.  Can there be more than one event happening at the same time?

A.  Yes. Encore is logistically and acoustically designed for either multiple different events or a single event with multiple halls while avoiding sound bleed.  

Q.  What type of events does Encore host?

A.  We offer special packages for just about any event you can think of.  We specialize in complete wedding packages including ceremonies and receptions, Quinceniearas, Bar & Bat Mitzvahs, sweet 16 parties, anniversaries, graduation parties, nonprofit fundraisers, association galas, company and military holiday parties, school functions and social events including fraternity and sorority formals, proms and homecoming events, birthday parties, business seminars, retreats, memorials and celebrations of life.

Q.  Is there parking available?

A.  The property has 70 dedicated event spaces, which are free for all guests. For events taking place on weekends and after 5PM on weekdays, there is available street parking as well as adjacent business centers.

Q.  Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

A.  The Encore catering department has over 30 standard complete menus to meet various tastes and budgets as well as various ethnic specialties.  Please consult with our culinary specialist for your specific needs including guest dietary restrictions.   

Q.  Can I use an event planner?

A.  Although you may use an outside planner, we do work with you from your desired timeline and set up all of the items coming through the event center.  If you do use a planner, to avoid miscommunications, we will generally only work with the client directly rather than through a third party. We are happy to work with event planners if they are the ones who directly reserve the space.  

Q.  Are fees & deposits refundable?

A.  Down payments for reserving spaces and payments toward your event are not-refundable but may be transferable under certain circumstances.  If you are required to put down a 'security deposit' based on your event, this is refundable within 10 days of your event upon inspection halls and materials for damage.  Please review terms & conditions below at page footer for complete details.
