A breakdown of wedding costs typically includes the following categories:


  1. Venue (35-40%): Key factors include location, capacity, exclusivity, and amenities.
  2. Catering (25-30%): Cost drivers include menu complexity, service style (buffet, plated, cocktail), and guest count.
  3. Photography and Videography (10-15%)
  4. Entertainment (Live Music or DJ) (8-10%)
  5. Decor (8-10%)
  6. Attire and Beauty (8-10%)
  7. Wedding Rings (3-5%)

The average wedding expense in California in 2024 is around $39,000 with 100 attendees.

Encore's all-inclusive model allows our clients to experience all of the amenities to make an amazing day while saving 40 - 60% off of the average package.  How can we offer such a value and maintain a quality memorable experience? Encore has invested in full in-house capabilities and resources to be efficient and effective in our delivery, no matter the type of event you have planned.  We also don't believe in the "wedding tax" which other venues and vendors impose as their surcharge.  

Encore's philosophy is that you should not be forced to pay for services or products you don't need and to clearly itemize everything on your order so no hidden fees or need for last minute additions.  Encore's 2 acre facility has 10 event and ceremony areas to suit any need and theme.  Over 30 different food and beverage menus from which you can build your perfect event, plus decor, entertainment, and other services.
